A unique place to stay
Accommodating 2-6 people, the Barossa Old Garage Bed and Breakfast is the ideal getaway for couples and small groups, whether you’re looking for a romantic break, an indulgent weekend or need a long relaxing holiday.
Once you turn the key to this luxury Barossa accommodation, you’ll step back in time to the 50s and 60s when life was simpler and the world was black, white, red and chrome.
Step Back in Time
Every room features an eclectic mix of 50s and 60s Americana to capture the unique style of the era of Rock and Roll, but you’ll still enjoy all the luxuries and conveniences you expect from this modern age.
The hub of your experience is the Old Garage, which has been converted into a kitchen to perfectly emulate a 50s style American Diner, so you’ll feel like you’re on the set of Happy Days.
Enjoy the coffee you’ve made using the espresso machine at the retro laminex table or one on of the bar stools shipped from the USA while you check out the Coke memorabilia and “Hot Rod Diner” mural and dream of the days of Rock N Roll.
The kitchen features full cooking provisions so if you don’t feel like venturing out, you can choose to dine in and create a Barossa inspired meal with the range of delicious regional produce you’ve collected fresh that day.

Sleep in comfort in the main bedroom that features a King size bed (converts to 2 singles), and adjoins to the main bathroom and hydrotherapy spa.

Mark and Jannine Moar always had a dream of one day opening a bed and breakfast with a difference. They had the traditional Old Cottage Bed and Breakfast in Angaston, but were on a mission to offer a different type of accommodation.
After enjoying a short stint in Tasmania, they returned to the Barossa and decided to look for a property they could convert into their dream accommodation. They found the Old Garage.
Their vision was of the 50s and 60s, of Cars and Rock & Roll. Because they had been collecting memorabilia for the past 15 years they thought it only to fitting to combine their passions. It has taken several months to complete their mission and hope that they achieved something unique and a place that you can come and enjoy, time and time again.
